Deltron DBU was PPG’s first basecoat system, debuting in 1983, and soon became North America’s best-selling basecoat. Deltron DBC basecoat, featuring toner enhancements, debuted in 1991. Concept® DCC is Deltron’s easy-to-use, direct gloss system.
